Personalized Helmet Bands

Anyone here, from the States (serving or otherwise), know where I can get my hands on helmet bands with my last name embroidered onto them? I have a buddy who had a few made when we did an exchange in Ft. Hood but who knows when I'm getting down there next...???..???

Usually, we have them done on base, but any alteration shop outside of base can usually do them.

Try bdu.com or 1-800-nametape.com (something like that). I got mine done in a little shop off post, but I imagine you can get them online.

You used to be able to order them from US Cav, but that was about 10 years ago. Worth a look though.

Thanks for the replies. 1800nametape seems to be the answer. Just waiting to see if they will ship to the evil socialist republic of Canada. ;)

I believe they will, I worked with a CF guy here in Colorado and he told his fellas back home about the 1800nametapes and I think they worked with them.

Bradley's Surplus at FT Drum will do it, they are easy to deal with and ship to Canada, I do a great deal of business with them. Call the 1-800 number and they will hook you up. They usually can do it right away on site and ship it same day. I can't say enough good things about these folks.

seems like quite the investment for something that can be done with a perminent marker....
