The computer animated film is a tale of a hamster raised in a laboratory who disagrees with the views and actions of the resident scientist and recruits crickets, rats, and other animals to perform surgical strikes. The hamster also learns a lesson about the joy of making a child smile. It is the first endeavor from Pixar since their separation from Disney earlier this year.

Investors are now concerned over the Bin Laden connection. They believe this is one of many issues hindering the launch of this film. Inventors have expressed their worries over the loss of the Disney relationship and how it will affect movie goers. They are also concerned with the fact that Sparky's dialog is completely in Arabic.
