Does anyone have an email address for this company (can't find it on the site) and what's their quality and customer care like?

I came across these guys a while ago.
I had to call them to get a price on anything, i dont know why they dont just put some figure there to give you an idea, even if they vary.
Have you tried calling them?

If you can't contact auscombat, try http://www.platatac.com/
It's pretty good.

We used to use them to do pack and webbing mods when I was in. If you don't like the way they work there are plenty of other crews out there, use one of them.
Aus webgear who are just down the road from australian combat equipment (http://www.australiancombatequipment.com/)
Craig Keeling had a pretty good reputation when I served with him in the late 90's, early 00's when he was making stuff from home. Their site is sasequip.com.
You could try SORD, http://www.sordaustralia.com/. You could try platatac, many others wouldn't, Kitbag, the tactical shop, etc etc.
There are heaps of companies out there, go with one that doesn't give you the run around.
I have bought Auscam carriers for my South African water bottles. I was able to have modifications done to their standard line. The service was friendly, focused and fast. I give them a thumbs up.

I bought a pack from Australian Combat Equipment a few weeks ago. The guy there was a good bloke, gave me some good pointers and tips.
He seems like a really dedicated bloke aswell, the amount of work he had to get through was amazing.
I am not in the Army yet, but I recommend AusCombatEquip on my limited experience with them, good service and quality gear IMHO.

Stay away from SASEquip ... it's hard enough getting orders fulfilled within Oz.
As far as customer service goes, SORD & Platatac are both good to go. I've never dealt with A.C.E, but I've heard of nothing but praise about them!
