Awesome vid and that burst of 30mm shells was pretty damn close indeed.

first time I've seen a Brit using an AK
who was the bloke with the Danish cam shorts ? One of ours of a viking on attachment ?
- the bloke running around with an ammo belt munching an apple made me smile. Top blokes.

2.16 is the Danish guy I'm guessing. Not a Mk6 or 6a and the shorts. Really good video, thanks for posting. Fair play to any soldier who has managed to get the nickname of ally.

The Danish contingent spend about 35 days in MQ until handover to the Royal Irish, in that handover periode they fought alongside the Irish. There might have been some Irish before handover time also, I don't know.
Have heard some harroving stories from some of the boys who fought there.
