The one thing that I cant get over is the sloppiness of the manuals that are made by airsoft producers.
Reading my TM SR-16 papers yesterday I was surprised to find that the SR-16 includes "Maunt rails ". I just couldnt find it. I found the RIS but I couldnt find the Maunt rails as described in the manual. ;)
I also was astonished to see that in several paragraphs attempting to give detailed specifications of the SR-16 that the name is also known as " nights sr-16 ".
I cant understand that the companies cant take the time to have one proper english speaker , check what they are writing in those documents.
At least to have the very minimal amount of english they have printed in their manuals and prospects at least be correct.
True it isnt their primary target, yet it has " added-value " to the product as does nice packaging and other little perks that make the difference.
What are your most interesting experiences with AEG packaging in regards to the english language ?

Your better of downloading the real files from the company that makes the rails or gun! I am in the market of purchasing a airsoft aeg and I was wondering what do you think of the performance of your new aeg? By the way congrates and nice choice.

Also, will they ever stop believing that "evil spirits" could invade your gun?
I'll have to get my holy water and crucifix, and start believing in God......again.

I havent reall yhad the chance to fully engage the AEG in a skirmish, so I cant speak too much about performance.Backyard firing wasnt bad. The EG 1000 motor is a real bb chucker in comparison to the EG750.
With that motor it is definately possible to set up shop in a little corner and effectivly fire off three -five bb shots at a group. And then get them all as well.
The SR-16 is fairly heavy in the front because of the metal ris system. Which makes it bit unbalanced in my eyes. You woudl need a metal stock to counter the weight, then it would be perfect.
Get teh AEG that you like best. It is all about visual, the AEGS dont difer vey much perfomance wise.
Taste is the leader here.

TM doesn't care about anything but the Japan market. I don't really care about what the manual, they're not of much use anyway.

My attempts at writing a English to Japanese manual were disasterous...so a few errors on their part is really subtle in comparison.

Lol, must have been interesting trying to put it the other way round than from japanese to english.
Yet what I am talking about in part is just simple typing errors as well.
Mount rails are for instance easily found , and are continuelly spelt as such. How can you mess that up. With the internet at your disposal it should be outside of the possible to let a mistake like that slip in.
They are not creating AEGs of weaponry that they designed, and they are not creating anythnig enw that hasnt been done before, so it is absolutely possible to find the proper description of the accessories they are making for the AEGs.

DOubt it the Japanese airsoft market is bigger than the international one anyday... the Chinese one can't be arsed to do a good one.
