Post your photos of the Accuracy International AE/AW/AWM, etc. This includes anything like the L96A1 or Gewehr G22. So, let's see some photos!

The first 3 pictured rifles are Remington 700 actions in the AICS stock, they don't fall under the "Accuracy International rifles" category.

Held a L96A1 back in my country's Army open house. The feeling of holding one was very, VERY satisfying. Fine rifle she is. I believe that the creator is actually an olympic gold medallist and sometimes is hired to train British soldiers to operate the L96A1?

They get the Accuracy and they had for a few mouths SAS instructors in the SF giving a Sniper Course. After that, the first CO of the Sniper unit of the Army SF went to UK and did the Royal Marine Commando Sniper Course. They love the Accuracy.

Does anyone knows if the G22 is used in any other army than in the "Bundeswehr" as standard sniper rifle?

As in the Arctic Warfare magnum chambering .338 LM / .300 WM?

I know that the UK use it under the guise of the L115A1 (chambering .338 LM)

Also the Netherlands, If I remember correctly.

The Australian Army uses it as the standard sniper rifle. Its designated the SR-98 here.

I think what he meant is other countries that use AWM/AWSM, not a 7.62 AW.

When will the brit. SAS have their L115a3? Those guys always use the best they could get, seems the new AWSM is more superior than their old L96a1.

Before the new system came in, this was the rifle of choice for Shakyboats, H, Royal and Para Reg. NOT the L96.

No offence, but do you have any evidence to proof that? I don't even recall the SAS have used the older L115A1 ^ like the one above.
