Leaning on a humvee is a helmet which stands as a testament to protective power. The helmet stopped a piece of shrapnel, which would have killed the Marine wearing it. Instead, the Marine is being treated for non-life threatening wounds incurred where protective material wasn't covering him.

Nice pics, but the knee pad thing is quite "weird" i mean talk about "ergonomy"....

I do admit that being in korkea polviasento is a bitch in certain kind of terrain, but do i really need a knee pad? I think not....

The pics are very large, maybe you guys have slow connections and are getting "ping timeout" way before the pics are loaded?

Same thing for me. And I can't access their website either.

I can access all other DoD websites, though.

Strange :(

 The pics are too huge.
No real detail to look at anyways so they dont need to be so huge.

Shut up, I love huge pics.

I'm saving up for a huge-ass LCD screen and ATI 8800-whatever just so I can view huge pics without using the sidebars.

I get it, they wear one kneepad on the right knee for when they are in the kneeling firing position, as exhibited in one of the above pics!
Quick poll; If you were on combat patrol would you have your weapon set to single shot or burst?
Me; Single shot...
