The muscle-up (http://www.crossfit.com/journal/2006/08/the_muscleup_nov_02_cfj.html) [video (http://www.crossfit.com/cf-video/1mubeach.avi)] is no more than surmounting an object from which you are hanging or passing through an overhead egress - both functional and potentially lifesaving. The move is low skill, very low skill, yet possesses enough technical challenge that few people are able to perform it even when possessing the requisite contractile force. The modern trend of "dumbing down" PT, i.e. deliberately removing skill components, reduces strength (the productive application of force), blunts power, and retards speed.

Nice collection of weapons here. Front to back we have a B-10 82mm recoilless gun, a M2HB fitted for a pintle mount, a 75mm WW-2 vintage M20 recoilless rifle, what looks very much like a Hispano-Suiza 20mm cannon on a tripod mount, some more recoilless guns and other stuff, and the ubiquitous Toyota technical with the immortal DShKm.
