What knots Are the knots that a Ranger must use ?

Little google.com search on Knots will help you out. there isn't anything specific.

A Swiss Seat might help, a square not, etc.

swiss seats, don't forget that if you can still feel your junk, the seat is too loose . . .

If you study any kind of mountaineering for about... 20 minutes you will know enough knots. For Delta Force, study for 30 minutes.

Transport tightening system, Bowline, double bowline, bowline on a bite, Alpine harness, all that stuff.

If you can't tie knots......tie lots!
then use gun tape, bubble gum, locking wire, and velcro...
lol...
if that doesn't work, check out a mountaineering site or even a sailing site, they should have all the knots you'll will ever need

Bowline and square knot are the ones I use most often. And a securing knot, which is just an overhand. Mainly for just tying down sensitive items.
