Uniforms

As I was walking out of our warehouse, I almost knocked Gen. Abizaid on his ass. But what struck me, however, was the cammo pattern on the Assie Brigadier's uniform. It wasn't the ususal desert of the rest of the Aussie's. Are they getting a new design.

Can you describe the camo pattern?

Rumors of a "Squashed Banana" camo are going around, but that includes purple or somthing like that.

The Brigadier was short and I only caught a glimpse as I held the door for him. But I do recall some purple and grey.

The British and Aussie commander's have taken to wearing a star, or two, on one collar. This way the Aerican service members here in Qatar will show appropriate courtesies. Not a bad idea.

Confused about that mate but i'll ask around with a few mates and see what i come up with. But i didnt think our ArridAUSCAM has been replaced. On the news our blokes still has our usual desert camo.

Could be polish?

Cheers mate, because the only desert uniform that i know has some grey is the Polish one.
