Strange video !
There are two soviet plane :
1st is a TU-16 BADGER
2nd is a commercial liner (may be Tu-154 CARELESS)

In the sound track we can hear "IL-38" replied by the soviet pilot !!!

Because of those who don't speak Italian. English is the international standard language in the world of aviation and, together with French, official NATO language.

If they're not chatting between themselves, then yes they do speak English. As you know, all of NATO countries' interceptors work as part of the same air-defense network, every day of the year, 24 h/day.

first time I hear that kinda intersept occur
why actually they let go Il 38 anyway? is it a new methods of intersept? Or it was intersept, it was a simple fly by and u just want to make this an intersept?

RAF intercepted plenty of Russian aircraft in the North sea, this was a common practice for that era, it just let the russians know they were being watched.

I don't think it's Pakistani AF. The Starfighters look like Italian ones, there's the old "RAI" (Italian public TV) logo superimposed on the raw footage, one of the pilots apparently says "Fungo" that would be the codename for a NADGE radar centre near Foggia... I can't rule out if there's a bit of PAF in that video but overall it seems to be Italian stuff.

no, it's italian AF, you can see Aspide's missles under the wings

The Aspide (or Sparrow?) armed aircraft is Italian for sure, you can even see the roundel, however you never know what people is able to do in order to put together a video and upload it on YouTube!

itercept doesn't mean only to shoot down to the enemy!

technically it does.
Either you shot down the plane or made the plane change the course.

All other "intersepts" are just sort of training flights.
So far only two countries as far as I know have gots to intersept, Soviet Union and US, other "intesepts" like the one in a video just flying nearby, and in a second case even funny, they figure out aircraft type and backed away :-)

Technically it does not. Try and see what "intercept (http://www.wordreference.com/definition/intercept)" means.

intercept means to reach a plane flying in your air space or at your air space border, identify it, and escort the "zombie" out of you air space
