It's not a KH2002 Khaybar.
It's not a SAR-21.
It's not a Tavor.
EDIT:
It's not a Vector CR-21.
It's not a Type 95.

I can't think of anything.

obviously this is not a deployed model, thats why i mentioned that this could be a prototype, or a toy model.

definately an updated version of type 95, western design is ruled out because there is a bayonett. Chinese or Iranian.
