Apparently, US Marines early today launched a massive attack on the town of Karma which is north of Fallujah... The town, accorinding to the Marines, has been a hotbed of violence and today was the Marines second attempt to passify it.... By all accounts they were succesful but reportedly in one battle they had to call up previously wounded Mariens into the fight............According to high level source, no Marines were killed yet some were wounded litely and up to 100 insurgents were killed

Additionally, time is running out for Fallujah to turn over weapons as those already turned in have been nothing but inert and unusable weapons of various kinds........Marines have also, humanely, halted the number of family;s entering Fallujah to limit civilian casualties in what is shapping up to be a massive fight.......... OF course, insurgents and terrorists withing the city would like nothing more than to have as many civilians as possible in the city and have reportedly stopped more from leaving in the hopes of creating causualties..............

Also, according to the Marines, there blockade has effectively trapped a sizable force of foreign fighters in the city who have no interest in surrender.........These men are most likely the ones who will fight to the death and cause the most problems for the Marines...........

All I have to say is this: No better freind, no worse enemy. Semper Fi and go get 'em Marines.... God speed and good hunting.....You are doing good work in Fallujah and should the terrrorists refuse thier chance of surrender and force you to face them, then may you smight them with all your might and wipe thier rechid vile forces from the face of the earth and down to hell where they belong......TAKE NO PRISONERS!!!!!!!!!!

I hope those insurgents will realize that they are no match to the Marines' firepower and tactics, and give up fighting.
But somehow I don't think they are going to give it up that easily.

Karma, aint it. What comes around, goes around. The insurgents will eventually learn that you f*ck with the bulldog more than likely you'll get mauled.

Is it only the 1st MArine division Guadalcanal which is battling the insurgents? or are there any army units attached to the marine units? in the falluja area?
