This is a video of danes in afghanistan. At the end a plane comes over head that i thought was a russian bomber so I am wondering by it is providing air support to danes.

I think you are thinking of the Tu 60 blackjack

I'm not sure but I don't think any ISAF country operates Russian bombers.
