The FN FNC is used only by Belgium and Sweden (AK5) in Europe. The Dutchs use the Diemaco C7/8 since the mid-90s...

C7A1 and C8A1 to be exactly. The FN FAL was replaced somewhere around '95 for the C7 (A1). The C8 (A1) came instead of the UZI.

Dont know, but im guessing its somekind of nonmagnifying "reflex sight".......

It's a sight to fire the H&K AG36NL (40mm GL). It is not a sight from H&K but one from Ring Sights. The H&K AG36 isn't mounted on the gun as can you see, haven't got a good quality pic on this one but you can take a look here:

http://www.dutchdefencepress.com/photo_pages/smp.htm

Last photo is one with the mounted H&KAG36NL

Also here one mounted on a C7A1, you can also see the Ring Sight here.

just wondering... how do you guys set up your standard drop zones.... im assuming the usual standard winddrift/dispersion (mispel?) calculations... but just wondering if the dutch or europe for that matter does something different

This is the way, and to make sure those calculations are right, we drop a 'drifter' before the sticks get to jump. This drifter is not allowed to work on his toggles to brake or go faster. If he landed to far from (or to far on the DZ) the others will get dropped earlier, and so on.
