those are US KC-10s.. probably filmed by french fighters

The pilot is talking to his back-seater -the comments about the gender of both tankers is indeed hilarious- it does mean this is probably shot from a 3rd Wing Mirage 2000D flying out of Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
The images with the moon as the background are gorgeous, too bad they are B&W screenshots from the FLIR pod.

I wonder if one of those KC-10s is my brother's plane. Do we refuel the French planes, too?

That's affirmative. Both Air Force (Armee de l Air) and Navy (Aeronavale). Mirage F1CR, Mirage 2000D and Super Etendart.
The KC-10 must be configured before the mission with the refuelling basket (like they do for the USN and USMC aircraft) as the French only use this system (the only exception I think are the 4 French AWACs that were not modified with a refuelling probe for cost reasons)

Good to know that French forces can still play nice with the US. I wish the same could be said for the governments..
