theres a few things to know... the orange car was stopped because there was a bolo on an orange caprice possibly being a vbied,
the lead vehicle is in front of the suspect victor with the rear vehicle stopping traffic and keeping them away from the area incase it was a vbied.....

youll see a white civi vehicle approach, youll see a flare go up to stop the vehicle, it doesnt stop youll see what happens next....

forgot to mention, there was a green suv who approached the patrol first and got shot at when it didnt stop and got to close to the patrol...

in another vid youll see the green suv along with a trailer truck that didnt stop and pull off the road when the same patrol went down an access road.....
