How does FBI HRT compare with units like Delta Force and SEAL Team Six/DEVGRU?

well theres prolly a 1000 threads comparing these units, and each has their own specialty, the HRT is used primarily for domestic CT missions, i have heard that the HRt pactices yearly with delta which makes alot of sense considering the 2 groups focus on hostage rescue

How does FBI HRT compare with units like Delta Force and SEAL Team Six/DEVGRU?
Overseas they are basically treated like a tier 1 unit. Most of the guys are in there mid to upper 30s, and have some sort of previous tactical experience. I'm not sure of there ability to do something like hike a mountain or something, but I'm sure they'd do alright.
