"A satellite photo of the North Korean city of Ryongchon, also known as Yongchon, taken May 13, 2003 shows the train line running from the top left of the image to the bottom centre.(China Daily/*******)"
Its not the "accident photo".......
But wow, impressing quality.

Look at all those fields but yet their people are still dying of starvation.

If its not the accident photo then why does it show a huge burnt area, and several burnt train cars exactly in the location that the news media said that it happened? It looks like an explosion happened in the photo, and a clean up has begun to remove the wreckage.
I may be wrong, but it looks post accident to me.
Any other opinions?

That's because they sell their grain for foreign currencies. Building nukes is expensive, these days.
Ah, and not all fields are for grain, many are reserved for poppies.
