i recently bought an medium alice pack but i have some trouble attaching the straps to carry it.
can somebody help me with some pics off some sort?
im carrying it without the frame

A frame is a big plus, consider picking one up. Especially if you get a large ruck (it requires it). And who doesn't want a large ruck? :)

yeah i might pick one up at the local military surplus
but without it it feels pretty comfortable to, although i still have to do some hiking to do to fully test it

Long hikes you will want a frame. The thing sucks if you have a heavy load without a frame.

An ALICE Medium can hold up to 50lbs according to the manual. 60lbs+ at least from exp. I highly suggest a frame if and when you exceed weight of 25lbs.
