Does anyone know what the waist size for medium pants are? Do they have tabs or elastic? Thanks!

Thanks, but is there tabs or elastic on the sides? Also, that appears to be the regular BDU sizing, its the same for the marpat?

If you are talking about genuine issue they have a small elastic section on each side of the waist band instead of the metal adjusters on the bdu's that never stayed tight and could cause uncomfortable pressure points.

Waist range is 31 to 35 inches
