What is this helmet?

Hi Guys hope this is the Right Area for this Topic.
I`ve found an Pikture of an Member of the Royal Marines FPG,as far as i know.
And ei dont know the HGelmet i could not found any picture or description corparable to this one.
It`s the Helmet in front. And what is the cysticerus for?

Probably, I think that it is Gecko helmet.

Yeah I think kamo is right, it's for water rescue teams and apparently the military has adopted it.
