How often do you brush your teeth?

I spend two minutes each time to brush my teeth at night and in the morning. I also brush my teeth for about 30 seconds between meals. So that mean I brush my teeth 6 times each day.

Anyway, another dental practice I use, is sanitising my mouth with Stolichnaya Vodka.
Works as well as listaerine, plus you feel great afterwords.
