What is this? I doubt that this is German hardware. Looks like Javelin tubes with these broad ends, not Milan as described.

They're MILAN tubes I think. Euromissile makes them.

They've got MILAN written on them, so my guess goes towards that as well, but I suck at identifying equipment on pictures
