ECWCS black fleece & USMC

so I CAN'T dig up an OFFICIAL regulation regarding the Peckham Black Fleece jacket/ECWCS liner as far as the USMC is concerned. I know that Marines can be issued these, but I never see them (except for a GySGT that works in supply here in quantico). I have one (privately purchased) and would like to wear it with my camies from day to day, but don't want to get ripped a new one for doing so. Some help please Devil Dogs?

Dude, I've never seen any official guidance either, when we were in Korea people wore whatever the hell they wanted, fleece pants w some crazy top, brown, green or black fleece, mickey mouse boots, normal boots, fleece beanie soft cover boonie if you were crazy, black thick gloves, thin fleece like gloves, the stupid green wool ones, gore tex bottoms cammie top, other way around, just anything! It looked great.

Ask the gunny, he should know since he wears it, right? ;)
