These videos just about sum up Swedish military for you. Loose grooming standards, posing for cameras in heavy camo makeup and training mostly retreating and peeling to left, right or rear... ;)

I'm so glad that we have the average finnish conscript to look up to.

Have you seen the "Search-button"?
In that case you could have posted it in a thread dedicated to the swedish amphibious soldiers; http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showthread.php?t=67768

I'am proud to say that I earned the "Trident" many years ago when I was one of four US Marines who were allowed to wear the Swedish uniform and train with them. Those were good day's.
Good to hear mate, but for the record I believe the guys in the vids are regular marines and not kustjägare.

Indeed. With military police such as these fine young specimen, who would wan't to invade and risk getting captured and becoming a POW???

@Zero The Hero: If you knew which particular unit it was, and its composition, you would know that this particular platoon does not possess the firepower, nor the numbers to assault an enemy. Their mission is to stay hidden and listen for ships and submarines through passive sonars and put them out of commission with their anti-ship mines. This is why the emhasis lies on contact drills, not assault.
