I think its Strela - pilot say "Commander - Strela"

How could he possibly know? I bet he called it "Strela" because that is how is the manpad AA generaly called in their lingo. Bright spot with smoke trail let you hardly recognize whether it is Stinger, Strela, or whatever else...

There's no word "strela", copilot says commander-right (sprava, not strela).

it can be downloaded, crappy film. Kind of russian version of hollywood. or russian version of we were soldiers..Would recommend other russian films such as Voyna...!

In fact the movie isn't even based on true events...it's a collection of what the Soviets were supposed to have been through during the war, while in reality the 9th company (the real one) made a real mess of the tafkirists and mudjahidins incoming from pakistan. But hey that's another story.
