-use CTRL to fire instead of the mouse button.

-and make the mouse less sensitive

-turn on the volume and use the breathing sounds to tell when to fire

How do i get hold of America's Army?
Download it from the website? I have a 56k modem at home and this will take hours? Can i get a disk from there?

Any GAME (www.GAME.uk.com) stores near you Wulfstan? I have been to a few and have always noticed they seem to have AA disks for sale, something like 5 quid or so.

Not really, the AA webiste has downloads, but they're like 650meg!

Ive tried this game also, in fact im down loading it again as i post here 10 to 15mins and its done, anyhow...... i find it really ammusing that how hard it is (for me) to hit those targets in this game, especially in the marksmanship training.... when compared to my performance in real.. oh well..

No, they only have 3d iron sights for the M4 and AK74. The AK47, RPK, M16, and M249 all have 2d iron sights, or a pasted overlay of a rifle sight. 3d iron sights are correctly sighted, and do not have a "cone of inaccuracy" like the 2d iron sights.

Actually I experienced the same inaccuracy crap when shooting with a M4 / ironsights at long range... The only thing that changed is the view, but nothing of the game coding has really changed.

I've chited a litle :)..there was a cheat making laser dot from unsight view in sight view, and strange that this one pixel laser dot was on left or right(don't remember now it was in 1.6 version) side of forward sight...and strange bullests always were going where laser dot was pointed not where center of sight was...Knowing that I easily scored good result something about 39/40

This is a tough choice, I really like the SAW but you only get a few nades. The best thing would be to only get nades, and a pistol to whip with :slap:

I went to the US recruiter link from the AA website but the link was down, so i just bought the disk anyway. Would the recruiters have bothered sending it to the UK anyway?

On AA, how do i unlock the 2nd rifle on the advanced marksmanship course? I've already hit the white silhoette with the M24 (i think this is it), but can't unlock the next rifle. Do i have to get a higher percentage on the basic marksmenship course or something?

You need to hit a minimum of 36 with the m16 on the range, then you complete the m24 test. After that you do the m82 test which is where you take out the mortar round.

The sniper quals are a complete joke. All you have to do is deploy a bipod and point and click at 2 targets. :|
