havent watch the hole video yet, but think its interresting (and an explanation for the f#+#ing metal music in the most military vids p-))


A doco made in late 2003 by Australian Journalist George Gittes. Gittes talks to U.S soldiers and Iraqi's about their favourite music. Amazingly insightful doco coming from a strange angle. Alot of his footage ended up in Michael Moores "Farenheit 9-11". The most touching moment is an Iraqi band who do a PERFECT version of the Bee Gee's "New York Mining Disaster". Also, we will see an Iraqi heavy metal band who have gained some recent fame in the West.

i saw it a couple of months ago. I liked it. Pretty interesting to see that iraqi band.

^LOL, couldn't agree more. I'd love to kick some ass while listening to slayer, it really gets you pumped.

Or I'd say War is my shepard frmo Exodus would be quite nice too ;)
