Thats a machine gun i think. I looks like a german mg42. And spanish stuff look like german stuff because the guys behind heckler&koch went to spain after ww2 and made CETME. CETME is the makers of spanish rifles.

I forget what it's called...but it's the Spanish standard light machine gun. Basically it's a German MG42 sized down for 5.56mm. ;)
