Low Flying - Radar Clutter

Hi there everyone. Im looking for some informed opinions on how effective low flying (under 30 feet) over water is at spoofing Radar Missiles. Whether they are fired from a ship or an intercepting fighter.

well maybe i can start the debate as well..:slap:
