ok I am a little late my freind but here is a bit of what you asked for.........

First understand besides what I bring down; there are a lot more exercises between both nations that are not mentioned due to various OPSEC reasons and other considerations.

Also I should mention that Javehn here has already mentioned exercises between his tank unit and a U.S. tank unit so that exists as well.

I know that every some years there is joint training and exercises between various ground units of both nations etc….

Here is just some of what’s been published publicly.

Ok first of click here for a thread a while back on U.S. MOUT (urban) training in Israel before the Iraq war.

For that click Here (http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=109599&highlight=marine+training+israel#109599)

Secondly is my post from there were I recopy some of it here…….

Israeli infantry units with experience in urban warfare during the Palestinian uprising helped train U.S. Army and Marine counterparts this summer and fall for possible urban battles in Iraq, a foreign defense official says. The Israelis have built two mock cities, complete with mosques, hanging laundry and even the odd donkey meandering down dusty streets. A defense official said the sites far surpass U.S. facilities. The location of the training centers is classified.

Though this pic was taken on another occasion couple of years back, I figured it has some relevance to this topic.
