How do the politics work with the Russian Soyuz vehicles coming down in Kazhakstan? Do the Kazhaks just let the search team roam around till they find it, or do they help?
Great pics, thanks.

The Iraqis need to win their sovereignty and establish order through just and representitive governance. That is the final mission of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The goal is not to flatten Fallujah or enact Tiananmen Square style repression. Iraqis need to take charge of their own affairs.
Saddam is gone, time to reconstitute the Iraqi Army and revert security back to the Iraqis with coalition assistance and oversight. Then we all win.

Raus! means 'Get out', Javehn. The event ocurred in France. There are all kinds of freeks and haters out there, especially in France ;)
You typically don't see this in Germany because they have strong laws banning any Nazi symbolism. Remember when US and British War graves were vandalized by French Islamists in Normandy last year?
The acts of a few Fruitcakes vandalizing Graveyards hardly represents a resurgence in Nationalsocialism.
J-10, yeah the two-seaters are for training pilots for the future Typhoon equipped squadrons of the Luftwaffe.

Thanks for the pics. Quite sad to see that nazism is still strong.

Is the two-seat version of the Eurofighter mainly used for training pilot?
That's correct. The EF is designed for one-person operation, so usually the interface doesn't need a radar or weapons operation officer. The JG 73 will be the place where all future German EF pilots will be trained, so it's logical that they get the two-seat version first, as it is thought and needed for pilot training.
Edit: I'm too sloooow. ;)

It was a British Cemetery that was desecrated. They painted slogans which were both anti-british and anti-american as well as swastikas.

Iraqis need to take charge of their own affairs.
As for this the US forces will obviously still "make visits in Fallujah to see that the Iraqi
soldiers do what they are supposed to do". Letting this old general back is a sign of
desperation, and the reports that they will still have soldiers in Fallujah occasionally
says to me that they don´t trust the Iraqis at all. "Taking charge of their own affairs"
requires in the first place that the occupation forces allow them to do so?

Re: the desecrated graves.. I always thought 'Rosbif/rosbeef' was a pretty pathetic national slur. We come up with 'Frog' because we saw the French as weird for eating frog's legs (which is pretty unusual in the world) and what's the best they can muster in response.... 'roast beefs'. Genius. Yes, we eat roast beef, as does much of the developed world (at least). What's their point? :)

Well said.
I have a feeling there's more going on than we realize. By empowering an ex-Saddam regime member to take "control" over Fallujah, I bet we see the insurgent scene dry up in a hurry, and most likely in a discreet disposing manner. IIRC, this guy is a Sunni...taking control over a Shi'ite area...probably not going to be pretty. Chances are we'll never hear about it.
Lest we forget why Saddam's regime was toppled to begin with...and no it has nothing to do with WMD's. :bash:
