I have a fun meter, suck meter, calico jolly roger patch, and I still don't play airsoft. Patches are cool, but they shouldn't be overdone, and nobody should ever wear SF, or any SF specialty patch if u ain't SF.

My 'Fun Meter' always brought out a laugh or two when we showed up on scene. Got some strange looks from people with my 'Hello, my name is Shut the F**k up", the BC and RCT bigwigs didn't think so. Guess that's what made it better.

K, why do ppl like BW so much? I only assume only airsofters have BW hats, shirts etc now. I remember seeing a BW hat on ebay, and it costs 50 dollars for shipping and handling, and a starting price of 30 bucks. Guess what, somebody bidded on it.

Patch setup is the same on both shoulders, except I only have one bloodtype patch for my ACUs.

Any patch or embridery shop...well maybe not any. But if they want your money they'll usually make almost anything

Also you don't see them so much on actual uniforms, but body armor, packs pouches etc. You can hardly buy a new piece of kit over here that doesn't have 8 square feet of velcro on it somewhere!
Don't worry Sabre, Im sure they'll invent velcro in the UK soon, and then you can join the party mate.

K, I'll slightly go off topic here. BW is the most well funded private military contractors in the US. They protected bremmer, we saw how badass that sniper was that's posted all over youtube. They aren't shady, they're really really mean, carry around automatic weapons in NO, and get paid really well. We all want to have that kind of job. Other contractors in iraq have stolen money from the government spending on 600 dollar light switches and so on.

Back on topic.
Patches are really cool. It just brings morale back on a crappy, wet, cold, dark day when we all want to be inside watching the nhl playoffs.
