so welcome UE/EU (in polish Unia Europejska = European Union)
i hope that something good comes from this woot
(I hope that constitution ends with compromise, where Poland has enough power to its population/land i agree that Germany are bigger but we are bigger than Holland, i think that EU parliment should consist of two chambers low one vote for every ~1 000 000 ppl with normal 50%+1 vote grater needed to push up documents(laws etc) and high where every country has one vote... also parliment should be elected din democratic ways...)

It´s way more than 20 official languages, only Sweden have to my knowledge
three official languages, Swedish, Finnish and Saami as an example.
Personally I think letting these poor eastern European countries in may cause some
problem for us in the rich countries, but in the long term I´m positive.

Wow!!! You Swedes don't have to learn Finnish in your schools! Finland has two official languages: Finnish and Swedish. I e.g. had to learn Swedish for six (6) years!
Mitt/minn Sveska är ganska dålight, om du förstar...
Btw. Finland has three official languages: Finnish, Swedish, AND a language for defs. Saami is no official language in Finland althouht Saame people is a recocnised ethcnic group of Finland.

Yeah, I meant offically recognized minority languages. There are of course hundreds
of languages spoken in Swedish, but only Finnish and Saami is recognized officially,
although there is information in most other languages given in social welfare offices and
so forth. Luckily it seems that the mandatory Swedish is dissapearing in Finland more and
more. In my opinion, people that want to speak Swedish in Finland can just as well
move to Sweden, or atleat accept that times have changed and not force Finns to
speak their useless crappy language. Finnish kids can be forced to learn some
other language or real value instead, like German/France/Russian (that they can
choose themselves). This system is used in Sweden, only English is mandatory,
and then the kids can choose themselves which other language they want to learn.
I can by the way say that in Sweden a child that speaks a non-Swedish language
can get free education in her own language, when I was a kid we used to have Finnish
lessions once a week.

Well the French have til now got more money than they have paid out. In example
Sweden have always paid more to the EU than they have got back, so for us here I
don´t think the difference will be so great. It´s countries that France that will notice
it, and of course Greece and countries like that because they have so much economic
aid to their farmers that now will go to countries like Poland.

Also look that our GDP grow quite fast so in like 10-15 yrs Poland will be quite(maybe not as rich like UK France or Germany but still) rich country that will be paying lots of cash to our common euro-budget also we are quite big new market for your comanies (and you are big market for ours) (you know that our main telephone company is owned in majority by FranceTelecom? how much cash goest to your company from our clients? :) )
Also ourfarmers will get at the begining much smaller cash only about 50% or less of $$ that yours get our farmers will get 100% in 2010 or something like that and in that time EU will be cutting down all aid to farmers. So you can stop crying we(both sides) are making good deal.
The European Union is.... a state of mind!

Din mamma måste varit efterbliven, och fött dig ur rövhålet sitt avsett att du alltid
alltid utan undantag har fel varje gång du skriver något.
Although I was not right myself either, the languages officially spoken in Sweden
is not only Swedish, Finnish and Saami, but also Meänkieli, Jiddisch and Romani.
The Swedish language doesn´t officially and juridically stand above the minority
languages. A minority language can in example be used by any person in contact
with Swedish authorities.
