The towerblocks were way before that "country side" . In the early stages of our country many people came , and it was needed urgent housing for everybody . I am personally living in 5 stores condo from 1960's . This "country side" naighbour is 7 years old ...

Naa, dawg, as I mentioned earlier there are ALWAYS cops around this restaurant. Must be pretty good food, hehe.

Those NYPD vans are for picking up and dropping off cops on shift changes. They arent patrol vehicles. Although they can stop if they see something suspicious. they are all over my neighbourhood. Basically when you see them stopped like that its cus they are letting officers out to go on patrols or waiting to pick some up from patrols.

Well, there are also usually one or 2 patrol cars riding by every 4-5 mins.
And there is a black crown victoria parked on the other side.
