Many critizise him off being alcohol-addicted and a "buffoon"(especially portrayed in the west).
The first I must agree, but I find that Bush is a bigger buffoon than Yeltsin (may god have his soul).
Spitting in front of the camera's, reading a book upside down, and much other idiotic things only Bush can do.

Time will come, you Americans will curse Bush just like we Russians cirsing Yeltsin right now.
This person contributed to the destruction of the great country. This person contributed to the passage to that system, which takes away millions of Russian only lives per year. This person shot from the tanks parliament. This person doomed to the misery and lawlessness tens of millions of people. This person drowned in the blood of Russian boys Chechnya. This person created oligarchs as class and contributed to their stealing, covering them. This person served as the lapdog of the USA. To the conscience of this person millions of tears, spilled from the endlessness, lawlessness, the violence also of arbitrariness, the mercenariness of officials and might of criminals. This person died. It died, so without having carried the deserved punishment from the society.
Good riddance, and welcome to hell, Boris!
12 000 000 Russians.
This is the cost of his rule.
Nice democratic genocide, eh?
