Is that the new desert patrol vehicle? The gun mount looks telescopic.

It looks a lot like the RATT used by pararescuemen, only without the frame to hold stretchers.

No, this is the RATT. Slight resemblence, but I think this vehicle is something new and different.

It's a new vehicle that the MArines and SOCOM are evaluating for use, called the 21st Cetury Flyer. The Reason it looks like the RATT is becuase the same guy designed both vehicles.
