Requesting help - Future Combat System

Problem is simple - on next tuesday I must present about 25 pages of seminar work about FCS for Military Policies subject in university. I already went through the most known sites on web in attempt to find as much info as I can. Problem is that my university teacher is an asshole and said something like "be specific but no technical". So I have to write 25 pages of text and basicly say nothing. If anyone has something usefull which can be presented as reliable source (such as budget reviews, policy backrounds, articles - anything), pleas share. Otherwise I'm out of school and will have to beat the **** out of that guyp-)

I agree with Sig, besides the official sites, I think FAS and GS are your best bet when it narrows down to reliability of information. Good luck with your report. 25 pages would kill me...
