Soon Hamas will realize that itīs best to have their leader abroad, in example
in Europe. Of course the authorities here would try to catch them (Hamas is listed
as a terrorist organization here too). But Israel wouldnīt be able to kill them.
I doubt they would dare to send in Mossad and kill of people here.

If Israel can do this why didn't they do this before?
Maybe because of all this Hamas will stop to exist and there will be more independent small groups from the current Hams?

If Israel can do this why didn't they do this before?
Because they couldn't call it "terrorism" and "war against terror" before.
Nowadays you just need to call someone terrorists and the great majority of people don't start to think about things by thereselves. Just look at the changing definition about what is happening in Chechenya.
But that you don't get my wrong, Hamas does spread terror, but nut just them...

I dont think Israel will care about that too much. Haven't you read these things here the mossad agents caught with Canadian passports recently , Mossad agents captured in Jordania sent there to kill Khaled Mashal , and what was that thing in Norway with one innocent killed in some Mossad accident?
edit: I know that thing with the passports is not always something about assasination , but the agents in jordan planning to kill Khaled Mashal had also Canadian passports.

The Isrealis hunted down the terrorist that killed their athletes at the Munich olypmics in Europens countries. They respect no international boundries when it comes to retribution. Where ever the new leader of HAMAS is they will eventually find him and after that..............

Yeah they have done nasty **** here before and are probably doing it right now
here without us knowing it. Despite what the Israelis say I donīt think that our
authorities are exactly "anti-semite", on the contrary, if Mossad sent a message
to in example the Finnish secret police, "hey, here is a adress to a suspected
Hamas guy, check it out ok?" then I think the Finnish secret police would do it
immediately. And if the Israelis asked for him to be flown to Israel discretly
then it would probably done as well. In example Vanunu was kidnapped in Rom,
I very much doubt that the Italian authorities wasnīt aware of it happening.
I was more thinking about the public opinion. The **** would really hit the fan if
it came to public knowledge that the Israelis had some einsatzkommando killing
of people here. Imaging the protests! And well, the politicians here are elected
by voters as well, so they tend to lick voters ass.
mustamato,
Decided on your nationality yet? Finnish, Swedish or Palestinian?

True :)
But if Israel starts to act like that we will soon se Jews world-wide becoming legitimate
targets when people defend themselves. And thatīs the reason to why I donīt think that
Israel would have the balls to set up a einsatzkommando murdering people in Europe,
not even if they were Hamas leaders.
Although I donīt really have a problem with Israeli intelligence operating in Europe,
bugging the EU parliament and whatever they do. But starting to kill people, well
then they have crossed the line, and people will get the right to defend themselves.

I think Israel wouldnt give two ****s if the Hamas leader is in Europe, theyll kill him anyways, and if Europe even knows about it, they wont do jack ****ing ****.
The cycle of violence is no longer a cycle... Israel clearly has the upper hand now.
Before they were too afraid of the reprecussions of killing leaders, but after they killed one without any reprise, why stop there.
Legitimate targets of what and to whom?

You said it, not me ;)
When defending our citizens we don't need anyones permission, we learned that in Europe about 30 years ago.

Mustamato , never ever show those picture again here , f*** ****face . I have a close relative that died in holocaust . Do you recieve it , **** ?Indeed that was despicable but you have to understand that hes just upset that he and his ideologues lost their chance in the 1940's and is upset that this time around we will strike back and defend ourselves to those that fight to do it again (Like hamas and their ilk that he so clearly supports)
I say this again, every time I see him or other like him post, it only strengthens to me how proud I am to have served in the IDF and that thank god we have it now.
Oh and as for killings of Hamas leaders, yeah with a over a 50 percent drop in the homicide bombers and shooting attacks (non-withstanding the massacre today of their targeting of those women and children they killed today) becouse of the IDF and shin bet actions, as compared to before the IDF went on the offensive over two years ago (where there was a homicide bombing and shooting attacks almost daily and for sure weekly) its quite clear that this has worked BIG time in limiting them and indeed we are winning here.

Targeting well-known terrorist leaders is equal to Holocaust? The CIGN storming that hijacked Airbus in Marseille was a Holocaust against Algerians? I mean they killed all the terrorists.

Men inspect a building known as the Palestine Tower, housing a radio station of the main militant faction Hamas, after it was hit by missiles from Israeli helicopters, in Gaza, May 2, 2004. Israeli helicopters fired three missiles into Gaza City on Sunday, wounding at least two people, hours after Palestinian militants killed five Jewish settlers in the territory, witnesses said. *******/Mohammed Salem

Sean,
That's the gameplan, but the way to go about it is to cause change from within. Simply listen to Condi Rice's testimony before that ridiculous "commission" and you can see the administrations goal. I especially like the part where she says the victory will come under another administration. What she means is that a free Iraq and Afghanistan will cause a sea change to happen in the Middle East and it will. Without billions in oil revenue going to by MiGs and weapons and torture chambers and palaces, Iraqis will prosper. They will no longer be an impoverished and living in huts made of camel dung in the shadow of the palace(s) of the tyrant. They will have elections, open markets, and flourish in a system just as important (if not more important) than democracy: Capitalism.
Imagine Iraq 20 years from now under that system and then imagine Iran.
Look at what that system did for Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany.

Chuckle. You don't know the Mossad. Yeah, every Hamas thug would feel just fine and dandy at an open cafe in Paris, righto. Israel is willing to risk IDF lives in order to cap these bastards in armed holdouts you think they're going to care about the fallout from popping them in Munich? I think not.
Oh and folks, I did say "Level every Hamas member," not every Palestinian or arab. Quite frankly, and arab world without these radical budtchers, who are more than willing to spill arab blood, would be a good thing. The day the Palestinians are rid of Hamas recruiting their children for martyrdom operations and harrassing them to be hardline anti-Semites, the better off they'll be.
