Guatemala haves the (in Spanish) "Division de reconocimiento y demoliciones submarinas"which is based on the Italian Navy SOF, an officer from here took the basic marine course and then he passed succesfully the frogmen or tactic diver training which unit now its called COMSUBIN. So i guess we have almost the same past in both units. Its cool to know something about one of the units in which ours is based.

Me refiero a los hombres rana, que ultimamente se llamo Division de reconocimiento y demoliciones submarinas, habia un curso que fue clausurado al igual que las companias de infanteria de marina hacia el 2003, el curso caiman que era el curso de infanteria de marina, no se si la marina en esta epoca cuenta con alguna fuerza especial como los buzos tacticos de esa epoca.
