Probably not.

I saw a Scania truck wrapped in a cover which was some sort of digital-patternised Norwegian camo, the regular camo but blocky. Looked fancy but I never found out why it was there or where it came from.

Looks like the same colors used in todays norwegian camo.

That there will blend to OD from 20 feet, it's washed out as hell tbh.

I know of this dragbag. The camo is a copy of our camo we have been useing on the light 4X4 and 6X6 truks since the early 1990, as a camo for the truck bed.
I is a form of digital-patternised that in the original is made up of dots rather then squares.

The original.

Which company offers fabrics or cloth with this camouflage print?

Thanks!

The drag bag looks like a pixilated version of the experimental Baracuda camouflage pattern of the early '90's (as seen on those trucks too). This was a fore-runner to the current issued splinter camo that used a combination of splinter shapes and small circles.
