Bolivia apparently acquired a new service pistol in 2002 -- a 9mm pistol by NORINCO. Would someone know which exact model?

Colombia's army apparently recently replaced its FN-Brownings by the CZ75 -- again, any details?

Paraguay is reported to have acquired both the H&K P9S and the VP70 -- are these still in use, and if so, with which service?

Thanks for any pointers (and yes, I already checked Jane's Infantry Weapons and similar sources ;) ).

Cheers

Paraguay has some H&K P9 in .45, some of them with a suppressor on it, and there are a few VP 70 with the fullauto buttstock around, but with very limited use. they now use the Jericho 9mm pistol.

Are all of these in military service? What about police handguns? Thanks!

yes, but as I said; only some units have them. police use a mix of jericho 9mm and anything you can buy on the market. normal police officers are very poor and even use issued .38 revolvers sometimes. some even prefer them over semiautomatics if they work in some environments where cleaning and taking care of your gun is not possible, and there is no chain of supply available.
