The beret badge (last picture) is not a Foreign Legion badge, but an Infanterie Parachutiste de Marine badge. The Foreign Legion para reg (ie. 2e REP) would have just the winged arm, not the anchor.

Sorry, that should have been "Parachutiste d'Infanterie de Marine". (In other words, 1er RPIMa, 2e RPIMa, 3e RPIMa, 8e RPIMa)
