Soory for the stupid questin but what was the number of the "U-Boot" which was captured at the coast of America , loaded with the Uran for the A-Bomb?

Each U-boat was numbered in order of its construction. U-1 was the first bost built. U-179 was the 179nth boat built, U-534 was the 534th boat built etc......

I assume you're referring to U-234, which left from Norway to Japan in mid-April 1945, with several designs, a Me-262 fighter in cargo boxes and 550kg of Uranium ore (which still requires the actual nuclear technology to be converted to isotope.)
Each U-boat was numbered in order of its construction. U-1 was the first bost built. U-179 was the 179nth boat built, U-534 was the 534th boat built etc......
Considering that Germany commissioned 1154 U-boats during the wars, which had numbers from one to 4718, I don't think your numbering scheme works. ;)
