Hi gents!

I would like to know which are the officially issued/approved goggles and spectacles of the armed forces from the following countries : Australia, U.K., France, Italy and Germany. I'm not asking about SF, just "regular" infantry units.

After researching a little I just came with this (which I don't take as completely confirmed):

Australia: Gentex EPS-21 goggles
France: Bollé Commander goggles
U.K.: ESS Advancer V12 spectacles

Thanks in advance!

I think Petz-Co goggles are officially issued by Italian armed forces.

I think Germany uses the EPS-21.

I went over to the Australian side of our camp here hoping to trade gear. Among the items I brought were Wiley-X goggles, and almost slapstick movie style, one of them whipped out a pair of *his* issued Wiley-X goggles, trying to trade them with me.

Thanks for the answers!

So the Italians have Pezt Co Phantom and/or Talon goggles, the Germans the Gentex EPS-21 goggles, the Canadians the Revision Eyewear Sawfly spectacles and the Australians are trading with dave81 their Wiley-X issued goggles... p-)
