There was a buzz about it in 2003:
CADPAT (http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/lf/English/4_7.asp?id=109&tbl=2) winter operations and urban Unlike the combination of four colours in the temperate pattern and three colours in the arid pattern, the new winter operations pattern will likely combine white and shades of grey and include a reversible, all-white side.
Over the past several years, the Army has been conducting imagery and technical trials to develop a winter operations version of CADPAT (http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/lf/English/4_7.asp?id=109&tbl=2).
Canada is also participating in NATO studies to determine the requirements and advantages of an urban camouflage pattern.

I've recently (today) come across this in the News section of the Army website (an article dated 14 May, 2007):
Annabel has produced 2.5 million meters of raw CADPAT (http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/lf/English/4_7.asp?id=109&tbl=2) material in the past seven years and is now working on urban and artic patterns for the Canadian Forces. The manufacturer also has samples of new clothing lines for soldiers designed to enhance comfort.http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/lf/English/6_1_1.asp?id=1881
So, I was wondering if anyone was aware of recent developments toward a urban CADPAT design. Or the WO CADPAT:
