I'm wondering if there are any Venezuelan members here. If so, do you think $18 million of your government's money could be better spent on domestic programs?

Chavez is notorious for sending Venezuelan money out of the country. He often gives money to outside interests and charity programs while the very same programs within Venezuela suffer. $18 million would do a hell of a lot of good in his own country. In a nation that can feed,clothe, and shelter the homeless for a few hundred bucks a month.. Danny Glover should be at the bottom of the list for handouts.
