where is their carrier right now? what kind of planes does it hold? what is it called?

We have only one carrier :( (cause we lose WW2) called Garibaldi... I think it is still in A-stan. Garibaldi can hold Harrier AV-8B+ and some helicopters.
Italy is next to build a new carrier called Andrea Doria.
