Does anyone have a chart of the Russian Army sizes? Example 50-4... I understand the 50 is 50 cm chest but what is the next number? I guess it's the height but is there a chart?

This number is Growth of the person.

This site has the one I use most of the time.
http://www.rusmilitary.com/html/c-wear_colours.htm

Like he said above, the second number is height.

Now I think it's like this, according to a SPOSN uniform:
1=164cm
2=170cm
3=176cm
4=182cm
5=188cm
6=194cm

Be careful some of the cold war stuff was deliberately mismarked to get even for a joke the US played on the Soviets.

The US manage to have a bunch of rubbers made, 4 inch diameter 2 ft long. They were placed in a shipment to the Soviet Army medical kit. The rubbers were labeled,

Property of US Government, USMC size extra small.

Sounds like some urban legend...plenty of these Military ones float around.
